IR – Making Leek and Potato Soup

Soup Making – children used vegetable peelers and knives. We made leek and potato soup. The children each peeled and cut their own potato, we added them into the pot outside on the gas hob with all of the other ingredients. The children completed an additional written activity while we waited for our soup to cook.
